CRE Tycoon is a free, browser-based strategy game that simulates the world of commercial real estate. You start with $100,000 in capital and must build a portfolio of properties across four diverse districts. Close deals with brokers, manage cash flow, negotiate with NPCs, and climb through eight broker ranks from Rookie to City Legend. Every decision you make is grounded in real commercial real estate mechanics—from property valuation to deal structures to market dynamics.
We built CRE Tycoon to answer a simple question: Why isn't there a game that captures the complexity, strategy, and excitement of commercial real estate? Games like Monopoly simplify it.
