By accessing and using CRE Tycoon (the "Game"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
CRE Tycoon is a free, browser-based commercial real estate strategy game operated by Erik Egelko. The Game requires no account to play, though optional account features may be available. All features are provided as-is, at no cost.
Access to the Game is provided at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any aspect of it at any time.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Game. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassing, threatening, embarrassing, or causing distress to other players
- Using exploits, bugs, or unintended game mechanics to gain unfair advantages
- Using bots, automation, or scripts to play the game or manipulate game state
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract game code
- Engaging in any form of cheating or fraud
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent ban from the Game.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content included in or made available through the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and digital downloads, is the property of Erik Egelko or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
The compilation of all content on the Game is the exclusive property of Erik Egelko and is protected by international copyright laws. You may access the Game for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you maintain all copyright and other proprietary notices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not liable for delays, interruptions, service failures, or any other malfunctions of the Game.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Erik Egelko, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
This limitation applies even if Erik Egelko has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Game following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that State.
