Talk to an NPC to trigger their buff, which lasts for a set number of turns. Each NPC has a cooldown period before you can interact with them again. Strategic NPC timing is crucial for maximizing deal success, financing advantages, and portfolio growth.

Optimal Strategy

Talk to Victor early and often. His deal success buff is critical in the early game when your base success rates are lower. Time his interactions just before closing a high-value deal. The off-market leads buff is particularly valuable for finding premium properties at better prices.
