Charisma is effective early-game for stabilizing listings and clients. Level 3 unlocks a valuable strategy. Later levels provide quality-of-life improvements and passive benefits. Priority 2 after Negotiation.
Your skill at getting deals done on favorable terms. Master negotiators lock in better offers, achieve higher success rates, and access advanced deal structures.
PRIORITY 1: Invest 4-5 points here. Negotiation is the highest-ROI skill throughout your career. Early levels boost offer acceptance. Level 5 unlocks advanced deal types. Level 10 dominates all offer strength calculations.
