Quests guide your progression through CRE Tycoon with a 22-quest main storyline across 8 acts, plus mid-game and late-game side quests. Main quests provide story narrative and progression milestones. Side quests unlock at Rank 4+ and offer optional challenges with powerful rewards. Complete all main quests and acquire City Legend Tower to achieve victory.

Victory Condition
Quest 8.2: "City Legend" is the final quest. To win CRE Tycoon, you must:
- Reach Rank 13
- Own City Legend Tower (purchase price: $10M)
- Complete the victory quest
Upon completion, you will receive 5,000 XP, $500,000, and unlock the endgame cinematic showing your rise to legendary status.
Quest Strategy Tips
- Main Quests First: Focus on completing main quests in order. They guide natural progression and unlock NPCs, districts, and game systems.
- Side Quests: Tackle side quests once you meet the rank requirements. They offer bonus XP and cash without blocking progression.
- Deal Volume vs. Portfolio: Early acts reward deal closing. Mid-acts transition to property ownership. Late acts require both for momentum.
- XP Efficiency: Side quests can accelerate rank progression if you're stuck on main quest requirements.
- Endgame Planning: By Rank 12, accumulate capital for City Legend Tower ($10M). Plan acquisition before reaching Rank 13.
